REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

At Laserhyde we strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if your product has arrived damaged from something we did, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase under the following conditions.

  1. Laserhyde will not be responsible for shipping carrier damages of mishandled packages, or a package lost … in these cases contact Laserhyde and we can determine if a shipping claim needs to be made to replace your items immediately
  2. Your order and all items in it must be inspected for missing or damaged items within 48 hours of receiving the package. Laserhyde must be contacted immediately by using the contact us page on our website Laserhyde.com withing that 48-hour period from you receiving your order, to begin your claim process.
  3. If Laserhyde does not receive an immediate notice of damage or missing items within the 48 hours of you receiving your product, Laserhyde will assume you the customer has accepted full responsibility for the condition and contents of the package.
  4. Products approved for a refund claim can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging, and are still able to be resold. Used products, altered products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for any refund. Items returned without an approval from Laserhyde will not be accepted or refunded.
  5. The purchaser requesting a refund claim must provide proof of purchase and a copy of their invoice with their return purchase, if authorized for a return.
  6. To begin a return claim process please email info@laserhyde.com with a detailed reason for returning your product and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason for needing to return the item/s in question
  7. All shipping cost for any returns are to be covered at the purchaser’s expense unless negotiated otherwise by Laserhyde.
  8. To assure your refund claim for your return package, please use a trackable mail service, with a supplied tracking number, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  9. Upon receiving your return claim package, your products will be inspected to determine if a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Further instructions and or a refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase from your Laserhyde account, or at checkout.

Once approved for a refund, your funds will be returned with 10-15 business days to your original purchase method. If you haven’t received a refund within that time, please first check your bank account and or, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@laserhyde.com

 

Shipping FAQ’s

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, but based on the products ordered, custom patch orders can take 5-7 days to complete. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, give or take a day please contact our support team at info@laserhyde.com, please include your invoice number

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Will I be provided a tracking number?

All Laserhyde tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the package label is created and tracking information becomes available. Tracking info will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours from day of shipment for tracking to post as we are not responsible for carrier tracking and how they handle their updates.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address; can I change it?

We are not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows what you supplied. If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we may be able to change it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If we happen to catch an issue with the address you supplied or our shipping software detects a problem with the destination, we will reach out and contact you for address confirmation or visual proof of address, based on your response time, this can cause delays in shipping time.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies. Any cancelled pre-ordered products will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee

Invalid Reasons for a Refund:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we do not honour, if we want to continue offering great value at Laserhyde. The buyer should always make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  3. Custom made to order items or products, digital downloadable goods, gift cards, machinery and equipment, final sale or clearance items, are not eligible for refunds.
  4. All Machinery/Equipment purchased on Laserhyde.com is subject to a equipment manufacturers warranty and must be handled in that process, unless a special circumstance is approved by Laserhyde.

EXCHANGES

An exchange may be allowed by contacting us immediately withing the 48 hour period of receiving your product. Contact our support team using the contact us page, found HERE and explain your issue in detail with your order number provided. If approved, you will need receive further instructions and need to return the items immediately, they must be able to be resold, in the same new condition you received them, and used unaltered in any way. You the purchaser will be responsible both for return shipping to us, and shipping back to you.
