Please design in CMYK mode @ 300dpi, and upload your final file as a 2.25″ x 0.85″ PNG file, use the provided template above, the artboards are already sized correctly, but make sure to design in inches.

Instructions for applying DTF Hat Tag Branding Transfers

• Clamshell heat press temperature: 285F
• Hotronix hat press 360 IQ:  Upper heat 285F Lower Heat: off
• Time: 5 seconds with a cover sheet (hot peel)
• Post Press: 4 seconds w a cover sheet
